The family of John Waggoner wishes to thank the Lower Umpqua Hospital staff and doctors for the excellent care that was given to our father. He had several hospital stays in the last few months of his life and when we understood he wouldn’t be home again, we all were able to stay with him around the clock. The staff made our vigil as comfortable as possible while giving him excellent care. The staff treated us all with respect for our situation and with kindness over and above what is expected in today’s world. We wish them all to know how we appreciate the exemplary care giving.

— Gary, Steve and Mike Waggoner
